Steamboat Pilot: ‘Media Savvy’ internet safety talk set for May 7

The community is invited to the free educational presentation “Media Savvy,” which will help attendees learn how to use the internet more safely, from 7-8:30 p.m. May 7 at the Bud Werner Memorial Library in Steamboat Springs. Guest speaker Julia Lowenthal, program director of COMMA in Steamboat, will explore what it means to be a “digital citizen” and stay safe in an increasingly digital world.
